About Equals Now
We work to build community and hold space for women and girls to talk about
the issues that matter the most to them. Our aim is to work from the grassroot
up, including all communities, but we don’t always do this right.
Our mission is to see a Gambia where all marginalised groups are centred and
included in decision making.

We work with a small, but dedicated team that facilitate our work and make sure that our vision is brought to live.

Our Advocacy
We work across various themes, and organise in diverse and challenging contexts. We go where we are most needed, sometimes it’s in the most remote areas, or around a table in a room, or on Twitter with a hashtag.
